Adam Thompson has over 17 years of professional experience in the IT field. Adam began their career in 2003 as a Field Support/Rollout Engineer at Dacoll Ltd. Adam then took on a Technician (Temp/Contract) role at BH Logistics in 2004, followed by an IT Support role at Thales Information Systems. In 2005, they took on two roles, an IT Technician (Contract) role at NHS Trust and a Support Analyst - Tier3 role at 2e2. Adam then moved to Savvis in 2007, where they held roles of Problem Management Engineer and MS Hosting TAC. In 2014, they joined Dynatrace (formerly Compuware) as an Architect and Lead Systems Engineer. In 2015, they joined LogRhythm as a Professional Services Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Consultant Professional Services and then Principal Consultant. In 2021, they joined Tanium as an Enterprise Integration Engineer, and in 2022 they joined SenseOn as a Customer Success Engineer.

Adam Thompson attended Furze Platt from 1990 to 1995. Adam obtained a LogRhythm Platform Administrator (LRPA) certification from LogRhythm in April 2021 and a LogRhythm Security Analyst (LRSA) certification from LogRhythm in April 2021. In November 2013, they obtained a Coursera Verified Certificate for An Introduction to Operations Management. Adam obtained a CISSP certification from (ISC)\u00b2 in May 2017 and a RHCSA certification from Red Hat in December 2012.
