Corneliu Cogeanu

Corneliu Cogeanu has worked in the software engineering field since 1998. In 1998, they worked as a freelancer on various projects for Windows and Linux. From 1999-2001, they worked at Nodes GmbH as a Software Engineer, where they developed a financial application. From 2001-2002, they worked at Websci Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the design and development of a Web Publishing suite. From 2002-2007, they worked at Alcatel Romania as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, managing the development and maintenance of a major area of the Alcatel GSM Operation and Maintenance Center and contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of a server-side component. From 2007-2009, they worked at GE Healthcare as a Software Development Consultant. From 2009-2012, they worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Software Architect - LTE Solution. From 2012-2016, they worked at Wyplay as a Software Integration Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, participating in the design, development, and maintenance of a Set-Top Box middleware solution and providing off-site and on-site support to remote customers. From 2016-2018, they worked at Sky as a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, from 2018-present, they have worked at Senseon as a Cyber Security Backend Developer, developing a unique and innovative AI-led approach to cyber threat detection.

Corneliu Cogeanu earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at West University of Timisoara, Romania between 2002 and 2006.
