Spencer Woltz has held a variety of roles in the customer success and operations space. In 2022, they began working as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Sensi.AI, an AI-based care quality management platform. In 2020, they joined Qualia as the Director of Customer Success (Lender). From 2013-2020, they worked at Benevity, where they held roles such as Director of Client Operations, Senior Manager of Technical Services, Manager of Client Operations, Implementation Manager/Project Manager, and Client Services Coordinator. From 2011-2013, they worked at Evoco Inc. as an Accounts Support Representative and Client Support Analyst. From 2009-2011, they worked at Western University as a Membership Services Supervisor and Helpline Assistant Co-ordinator.

Spencer Woltz obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours from Western University in 2011, majoring in Media, Information and Technoculture (MIT) & English. Prior to that, they attended Essex District High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Spencer has obtained two certifications: Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs in December 2018, and Essentials for Leadership from Elevated HR Solutions in April 2016.
