Safwat Hakam

Safwat Hakam is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the automation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for the Middle East and Turkey at Sensia Global since October 2022, Safwat previously held various leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, including Country Director for KSA, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt, and Sales Director for KSA and Bahrain. With a significant career also including a General Manager position at Coperion and over 15 years at Rockwell Automation, Safwat has a proven track record in managing customer service operations, increasing sales performance, and developing strategies for business growth. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University and a Strategic Leadership Series degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
