Tor-Anders Lunder has worked in the technology industry since 2000. Tor-Anders began their career as a Field Application Engineer at Chipcon, where they provided RF-IC technical support, documentation and seminars, as well as Wireless reference design and testing. Tor-Anders also performed Windows application programming (Visual C++). In 2006, they moved to Texas Instruments as a Senior Application Engineer, where they were responsible for RF-IC reference design, RF-IC evaluation board design, Windows C++ application software application design (MS visual studio), RF lab testing and characterization of RF-IC, technical training and seminars, technical documentation, and a six-month expat to TI office in San Diego, California. In 2007, they joined Radiocrafts as a Product Line Manager, where they were responsible for sub 1 GHz Wireless module product managing, Sub 1 GHz Wireless module specification, design and characterization, and Board level RF layout design (CadStar). In 2016, they moved to Staaker as a Senior Hardware Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they joined sensiBel as a Senior Scientist.

Tor-Anders Lunder obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Østfold University College (HiØ) between 1993 and 1996. Tor-Anders then went on to earn their M.Sc.E.E in Electronics and Telecommunications/Radio from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1996 and 1999.
