Michael Berlant has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2019, they held various positions in different industries. In 2010, they worked as a Sales and Service Representative at Estate Motors Mercedes-Benz. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Waiter and Busser at Barberie's Black Angus, a Founding Father at Zeta Beta Tau-QU, and a Financial Services Professional - Internship to Full Time at True North Financial Services. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Financial Representative at AEGIS Wealth Partners and Financial Services Representative at Charter Oak Financial. In 2019, they were the CEO of Briliand International, Inc. and held various roles at Sensible Auto Finance, including Sales Operations Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor, and Inside Sales Agent.

Michael Berlant attended Pomperaug Regional High School from 2008 to 2012. Michael then attended Quinnipiac University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
