Rajesh began their career at Sensiple in 1999 as an HR Executive, where they focused on ensuring compliance, streamlining internal processes, advising on recruiting best practices, and enhancing employee engagement and development. In 2001, Rajesh became a Team Lead Recruitment, leading a team of corporate recruiters and contributing to innovation at work, resulting in higher productivity. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Recruitment Manager, managing the team's performance and ensuring compliance with organizational processes.

In 2006, Rajesh joined E*Pro Inc as a Manager Talent Acquisition, where they successfully served as a recruitment manager until 2010. During this time, they also took on the role of Client Relationship Manager, developing the vision and relationship strategy for client accounts and leading team building exercises.

Rajesh returned to Sensiple in 2011 as the Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for developing, implementing, and administering a strategic talent acquisition plan that met the organization's goals.
