Balazs Csuhanics has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Balazs started their career in 2009 as a Field Engineer Apprentice at Rotaqua Ltd. Balazs then joined Energie AG as a Technical Assistant in 2010, followed by a role as a Junior Researcher at the University of Miskolc in 2011.

After their research position, Balazs worked as an Assistant Research Fellow and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Miskolc, where they conducted experiments, gave engineering lectures, and participated in research projects.

In 2013, Balazs became a Lean Engineer at GE, where they focused on lean processes and efficiency improvement. Balazs then transitioned to the National Inspectorate for Environment and Nature in 2014, serving as a Technical Administrator and Deputy Head of the Air Pollution and Noise Protection Department.

In 2015, Balazs joined Jabil as a Quality Engineer, overseeing site-level SPC/MSA processes and leading improvement projects. Balazs also worked on customer complaints and participated in audits.

Balazs then moved to Plexus Corp. in 2018 as a Process Quality Engineer, before joining Apollo Fire Detectors as a Supplier Quality Engineer later that year. At Apollo Fire Detectors, they managed supplier relationships, conducted audits, and led improvement projects.

In 2020, Balazs joined Vitesco Technologies as the Acting Head and later the Head of Focus Factory Quality. Balazs managed a team of quality engineers and technicians, ensured manufacturing process quality, and implemented procedures to improve quality.

Currently, Balazs is a Process Engineer at Sensirion, starting in 2022.

Balazs Csuhanics began their education in 2003 at the University of Miskolc, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. Balazs completed this degree in 2009.

Afterwards, in 2012, Balazs Csuhanics enrolled at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Debrecen, for a postgraduate diploma in Lean Engineering, with a focus on Lean Management and Engineering. Balazs finished this program in 2013.

Continuing their educational journey, Balazs Csuhanics joined the University of Miskolc, Samuel Mikoviny Doctoral School of Earth Sciences in 2009 to pursue a PhD in Earth Sciences and Technology.
