Balazs Mate

Balazs Mate is a seasoned professional in process quality engineering with extensive experience across notable companies. Currently serving as a Senior Process Quality Engineer at Sensirion since January 2025, Balazs previously held the role of Lead Specialist Quality Management System at BMW Group for a brief period. Prior to these positions, Balazs contributed to Sensirion as a Quality Engineer from September 2021 to October 2024 and worked at NI (National Instruments) as both a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer from September 2015 to September 2021, alongside a Procurement Engineering Internship. Early in the career, Balazs completed an Engineering Internship at GE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Technical Management and a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Management Engineering, both from the University of Debrecen, in addition to a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechatronics Engineering from the same institution.
