Kevin Frailey

Kevin Frailey has extensive work experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Kevin started their career in 1988 at Arvin Industries, Inc., where they held various positions until 1995. Kevin then joined ArvinMeritor in 1995 as a Director or VP. In 1999, they became the General Manager of Joint Ventures & Strategy at ArvinMeritor - Emissions Technologies.

In 2007, Frailey joined Commercial Vehicle Group as an Executive Vice President, eventually becoming the President and General Manager of Electrical Systems in 2010. Kevin then served as the President of Global Construction, Agricultural, and Military Markets.

In 2014, Frailey joined Whippany Actuation Systems as the President. Kevin later joined Futuris Automotive in 2016, first as the EVP of Business Development and then as the Chief Operations Officer.

Most recently, Frailey has held the role of Chief Operations Officer at SENSIT Technologies since 2018. Throughout their career, Frailey has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and expertise in various industries.

Kevin Frailey attended DePauw University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Management. Kevin later pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 1990 to 1992, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business.
