Yuxiang Zhang has an extensive background in customer success and account management. Yuxiang began their career at Halliburton as an MWD Engineer in 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Overseas Business Development Manager at Tianwen Digital Media Technology, where they focused on developing business with schools and universities in Laos and Pakistan. In 2016, they joined WebBeds Asia Pacific as an XML Specialist and held this role until 2019. During this time, they gained experience in XML integration. In 2019, Yuxiang became the Information Technology Operations Manager at Amerilink International Corp | AICHOTELS.COM but left the company later that year. Yuxiang then joined TBO Holidays as an API Product Manager and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager APAC. In 2021, they joined Sensor Tower as a Customer Success Specialist for the APAC region and quickly advanced to the position of Director of Customer Success, APAC in 2022. Currently, Yuxiang holds the role of Team Director, Account Management at Sensor Tower.
Yuxiang Zhang obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (BEng) in Telecommunications Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University from 2009 to 2012. Then, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Wireless Communication and Signal Processing from the University of Bristol from 2012 to 2013.
