Jon Shively is currently the Manager of Service Maintenance for North America at Sensormatic Solutions, a retail technology brand under Johnson Controls. Prior to this, Jon held various managerial roles in the service and security industry with companies like Johnson Controls, Tyco Integrated Security, and Serco. Jon's background also includes experience as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration.
