Kerri Kroon

Kerri Kroon is a Senior Panel Leader at Sensory Spectrum, with experience as a Sensory Analyst and R&D Lab Technician. They have also worked as a Research Study Assistant at Rutgers University Sensory Laboratory. Kerri has a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Rutgers University and an Associate of Science in General Studies with a Science Concentration from Ocean County College. Their experience includes evaluating various consumer products, supporting sensory test execution, creating lab-scale batches of gummy products, and evaluating individual and genetic differences in perception to compounds commonly found in wine.
