Servanne PROY

Servanne PROY has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Servanne started their career as a Stagiaire marketing lancement start-up at LYSEA / Lady Green in January 2012, and later moved on to A2micile Europe where they worked as a Stagiaire chargée de recrutement from May 2012 to July 2012. Servanne then joined Hager Group, initially as a Compensation & benefits and International mobility trainee from July 2014 to June 2015, and later as a Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility Assistant from July 2015 to December 2015. Servanne further progressed to the role of Corporate Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility Specialist from January 2016 to August 2019. Currently, they are working at Senstronic Group as a Responsable Ressources Humaines Adjointe / Junior Human Resources Manager since September 2019. In September 2020, they were promoted to the position of Responsable Ressources Humaines / Human Resources Manager, which they currently hold.

Servanne PROY completed their education from 2009 to 2015. Servanne first attended Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles in Reims from 2009 to 2011, specializing in Economic and Commercial option Economics (ECE). Servanne then enrolled at EM Strasbourg Business School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Master Grande Ecole degree in Responsible Management of Human Resources. In 2013, they also had the opportunity to study at the Johannes Kepler Universität Linz as part of an Erasmus program, specializing in General Management - Human Resources Management.
