Asheik Hussain

Asheik Hussain has a solid work experience spanning several companies and roles. Asheik is currently working at Xylem as a Portfolio Lead since March 2023. Before that, they worked at StrongArm Tech as a Senior Technical Program Manager from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they had various roles at Soter Technologies, including Technical Program Manager from January 2019 to June 2021, Engineering Manager from February 2018 to January 2019, and Principal Engineer from April 2017 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Intelligent Product Solutions from April 2013 to September 2016, and as a Test Engineer at Motorola Solutions from April 2012 to December 2012. Asheik began their professional journey as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University from April 2011 to March 2012.

Asheik Hussain completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) with a focus on Computer Engineering at Stony Brook University from 2009 to 2013. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from the same institution. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications over the years. In 2016, Hussain became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In 2021, they obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, followed by a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
