Bill Grogan

Bill Grogan has extensive work experience in finance and executive leadership roles. Bill currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Xylem since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at IDEX Corporation from 2017 to 2023, where they also served as the Vice President Finance and Segment CFO from 2012 to 2016. Before that, they worked at Walgreens as the Director of Finance - Store Operations in 2011, at Highway Technologies as the Director of Finance and Treasury from 2007 to 2011, at Crane Co. as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2006 to 2007, and at Sears Holdings Corp in various financial roles from 2000 to 2006.

Bill Grogan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Merrimack College from 1996 to 2000. Bill then pursued further education and earned an MBA in Finance/Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2007 and 2010.
