Cathy Warren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global service management and IT support. Currently serving as the Global Service Management Delivery Leader at Xylem Inc. since January 2021, Cathy previously held the position of Global IT Service Desk Manager at The Clorox Company from December 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, Cathy was the Senior Manager of IT Escalation & Support at DexYP from December 2007 to September 2017, and held various managerial roles at Verizon from November 1996 to November 2007, including Senior Manager of Database Administration Centers and Team Leader of Operator Services. Cathy Warren holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as further education from Hofstra University and SUNY New Paltz.
