Paul Herman

Paul Herman started their work experience in 2005 as a Process Engineer at GE. Paul then moved on to General Electric Power and Water in 2010, where they served as the Global Direct Material Productivity Manager. In 2015, Paul joined Evoqua Water Technologies as the Director of VAVE and Business Excellence. Paul later became the VP of Engineering in 2019. Paul's most recent employment is with Xylem, where they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering starting in 2023.

Paul Herman has a strong educational background in engineering management, chemical engineering, and nutrition. Paul obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire in the years 1995 to 1999. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004. Paul further enhanced their knowledge and skills by earning a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University, where they attended from 2008 to 2010.
