Emily Ruge

Emily Ruge is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and project management, currently serving as a Lead IT Systems Analyst at Sentara Healthcare since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ruge held various positions at Virginia Premier Health Plan, Inc. from February 2010 to January 2023, including Sr. Business System Analyst and Systems Application Manager, where responsibilities encompassed customizing software solutions, overseeing Medicaid applications, and enhancing business processes. Ruge's earlier experience includes a role as a Data/Reports Specialist at Health Net and an internship at the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®.
