Dan Dorson

Dan Dorson has worked in various roles since 2003, beginning with their position as a B-1 Pilot in Command with the United States Air Force. Dan then served as a Team Leader, Project Manager, and Assistant Director of Operations for the Air Force. In 2014, Dan joined CWT as a Project Manager and was later promoted to Director of Portfolio Management. From 2019 to 2021, Dan worked at Daugherty Business Solutions as a Sr. Consultant, Project Manager & Scrum Master and at Sentera as a Flight Services Manager and Flight Services Project Manager. Throughout their career, Dan has managed teams, created operational policies, and implemented improvements. Dan has also overseen a variety of projects involving software enhancements, data ingestion, and fuel cost savings.

Dan Dorson has a diverse educational background. Dan earned a BS in Foreign Area Studies of Western Europe from the United States Air Force Academy in 1999. Dan then went on to obtain a Masters of International Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2005. In 2008, they earned an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition to their formal education, Dorson has obtained several certifications, including a Part 107 Remote Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2017, Flight Instructor & Seaplane Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2008, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2014, Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2016.
