Aanchal Goswami has extensive work experience in customer success and operations analysis. Aanchal started their career at IHS Markit | Technology in 2013 as a Product Service Analyst, where they worked until 2015. Aanchal then moved on to become a Senior Operations Analyst at the same company from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Sentieo as a Customer Success Specialist and was later promoted to Customer Success Lead in February 2022. Aanchal'sroles have focused on providing excellent customer service and utilizing their analytical skills in various capacities.

Aanchal Goswami completed their primary education at D.A.V Public School, where they earned their Xth degree in Business/Commerce in 2006.
