Vinaya M S has over 10 years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at SentiLink. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at BlueVoyant from 2017 to 2022. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Data Engineer at Digikrit and a Data Engineering Fellow at Insight Data Science. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Research Engineer at Siemens Corporate Research and Technology, where they contributed to the development of a multi-core monitoring framework and a parallel abstraction library. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Member Technical Staff at NetApp, where they contributed to the design and development of a Command Line Interface for storage arrays. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Student Research Intern at Siemens Corporate Research, where they evaluated CUDA enabled virtualized solutions. Additionally, from 2012 to present, they have been a Teaching Assistant at IIIT Bangalore.

Vinaya M S completed their Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore in 2012. In 2017, they attended the Fullstack Academy Gracehopper Program. In August 2022, Vinaya M S obtained a certification in Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine: Foundations from Coursera, and in July 2022 they obtained a certification in Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure from Coursera.
