Najlaa Rauf

Najlaa Rauf, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions since June 2025. Prior to this role, Najlaa held various positions at Spark Power Corp., advancing from Human Resources Manager to Vice President of People & Culture between March 2017 and May 2025. Najlaa's experience also includes a role as Student Engagement Coordinator at the Goodman School of Business - Brock University from September 2012 to August 2016, where oversight of a comprehensive student experience portfolio was established. Earlier work includes event consulting for Niagara Region Public Health and program coordination at the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Najlaa holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University and an Honours degree in Life Sciences, Psychology, and Political Science from McMaster University.
