Kelley Maltais

Kelley Maltais serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the YMCA of the East Bay since July 2017, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and consistent HR practices following a significant merger. Kelley is an ally on the national YMCA LGBTQ steering committee, committed to advancing equity. With prior experience as Vice President and Human Resources Director at the YMCA of the Central Bay Area, Kelley has demonstrated a strategic approach to human resources in diverse settings. Kelley also held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Corporate Security Service, Inc., and various leadership positions at Club One, where contributions included enhancing employee relations and managing HR processes for thousands of employees. Educational qualifications include a BS in Environmental Design from the University of California, Davis, and a distinguished certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
