Cindy Gil Mora is an accomplished professional in human resources and people management with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Sentinel Property Group since June 2022, responsibilities include overseeing employment law compliance, people strategy, recruitment, and employee relations. Previously, Cindy held positions at ahs hospitality as Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, managing HR functions for staff in Queensland and Northern Territory, and early career roles at Hilton Hotels Worldwide, focusing on hotel operations and front office management.
