Prior to joining Sentinel in 2000, Mr. Allan worked as an Associate Real Estate Appraiser with the appraisal firm of Mitchell, Maxwell & Jackson. Mr. Allan earned a BS in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University and a Certificate of Appraisal Studies from New York University.
