Michael Chan

Michael Chan is a Vice President in Sentinel’s Research & Statistics Department responsible for handling performance measurement for the residential and commercial properties. He is also Sentinel’s designated NCREIF Data Contact. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, he was an analyst at Walter & Samuels, Inc. in the asset management group. Mr. Chan received a BS in Finance from Pace University.
