Phil Manfredi

Phil Manfredi has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Phil currently serves as the Director of Business Excellence at Sentinel Technologies, starting in 2023. Prior to this role, Phil was the Chief Customer Officer at Securin Inc. from 2021 to 2023, where they developed and led customer success initiatives on a global scale. Phil also co-founded and worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Zuggand, Inc. from 2015 to 2021, specializing in cloud and security consulting. Before that, they held the position of Chief Strategy Officer & Deputy State CIO at the State of Arizona from 2011 to 2015. Phil's career started at Syntellect in 2002, where they progressed to become the Director of Channel Sales, driving significant revenue growth. Phil also worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Integrated Information Systems from 1999 to 2001.

Phil Manfredi received a Bachelor of Music in Education from The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1996. Phil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Global Business from the University of Phoenix, from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Phil has also obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2019, AWS Business Professional Accreditation, and AWS Technical Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services in 2017. Phil also holds a Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Marketing.
