Eunnah Shin Rhodes

Eunnah Shin Rhodes is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in contracts management and negotiation. Currently serving as Manager of Contracts Management at SentinelOne since December 2020, Eunnah oversees the Commercial Legal Team, supports CLM implementation, and negotiates various types of agreements. Prior experience includes roles as Contracts Manager at TRON Foundation, where Eunnah managed complex sales and data privacy agreements, and as Contracts Compliance Associate at ICONIQ Capital. Eunnah has also contributed to legal teams at Proofpoint, Google, shopkick, and other organizations, showcasing expertise in handling NDAs, commercial contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Eunnah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from UC San Diego and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
