Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones has extensive experience in property management and ancillary income management, currently serving as Manager of Ancillary Income at Essex Property Trust since June 2016. In this role, Courtney is responsible for creating and maintaining contract files and negotiating ancillary income agreements. Previously at Equity Residential, Courtney held various positions including Property Manager, where oversight of daily operations and team management were key responsibilities, as well as Leasing Consultant and Customer Service Assistant, focusing on resident engagement and operational efficiency. Education includes two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and the University of San Francisco.
