Kate Izquierdo has extensive experience in property management and financial services, currently serving as a Delinquency Recovery Specialist at Sentral since October 2021. Prior to this, Kate worked as an Office Manager at JJ&S Environmental Services from January to October 2021. Kate's significant tenure at The Irvine Company spanned from July 2010 to May 2020, where roles included Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist, Senior Financial Services Representative, and Assistant Property Manager, overseeing a team of five and managing a 504-unit community in South Orange County. Earlier experience includes a position as a Leasing Consultant at Gables Residential from February 2007 to March 2010.
