Larissa Godoy Ragonesi is a skilled professional currently serving as a Drafting and Design Technologist at Sentrex Communications Inc. since July 2021, following a brief tenure as a Customer Service Consultant at Lufthansa InTouch from April 2021 to July 2021. Larissa's experience includes an internship at SKY Brazil from May 2012 to December 2013, where involvement in service improvement projects and partner management was prominent. Larissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Business Management from Universidade Católica Dom Bosco (2017-2018) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PUC Minas (2009-2016), complemented by an Erasmus exchange experience at Budapest University of Technology and Economics (2014-2015).
