Jacques Samama

Jacques Samama (ACIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Jacques currently works at Sentric Safety Group as the Global Human Resources Director. Prior to this, they were the Head of People at LondonEnergy, where they led the People Function and managed a team of 10 HR/Comm professionals. Jacques also worked at Achilles Information Ltd as the Global Human Resources Director, where they managed and coached a team of 15 HR professionals. Additionally, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director and HR Manager UKI & Emerging Markets at Achilles Information Ltd. Before that, Jacques worked at Weatherford as an HR Business Partner, supporting and advising the business on various HR operations. Jacques also has a strong background in HR from their time at HSBC, where they held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner and Head of Learning for Retail Banking & Wealth Management France. Jacques started their career at Adecco as a Recruitment Officer.

- In 2018-2019, they obtained a Level 7 Advanced Award in Employment Law from CIPD Qualifications, specializing in Employment Law.

- In 2017, they achieved the Associate status from CIPD Qualifications, specializing in HR.

- From 2001 to 2006, Jacques pursued a Master's degree at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources.

- From 2002 to 2007, they also pursued another Master's degree at IAE Paris-Est, specializing in Human Resources.

- In 2021, Jacques attained a Level 5 Practitioner Coach certification from EMCC UK, specializing in Coaching.
