Damon Lamb

In his current role as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Ensure360SM division, Damon Lamb oversees all operations for the Sentrics’ life safety solutions including Ensure360, Companion One, and OneSource. He brought his experience in IT and Internet support to the senior living industry in 2008 when he joined Tel-Tron, which later became Silversphere, and then Sentrics in 2019. Previous roles across technical support and training, project management and documentation control, product development, and operations make him uniquely qualified for his current role. Damon has a BA in Professional Writing from Michigan State University.
