Karen O'Hara

Karen O'Hara has over 20 years of work experience in the senior living and healthcare industry. Karen started their career at HCR ManorCare in 1999, where they served as an Executive Director for over 5 years. In 2005, Karen joined A Place for Mom as a Regional Advisor, helping families find appropriate care options for their loved ones. Karen then moved on to Sunrise Senior Living in 2008, taking on the role of Senior Executive Director for 8 years. From 2016 to 2017, Karen worked as the Executive Director at CONCORDIS SENIOR LIVING, LLC. In 2018, they joined Silversphere, where they were a Strategic Account Specialist and Operations Specialist for 2 years. Currently, Karen serves as the Director of Product Marketing at Sentrics.

Karen O'Hara earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Huntington University, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Pragmatic Management Certified at the Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in 2020. Karen also holds a certification from the Fl Dept Of Health Office, called NHA.
