Mike Boone

As the Executive Vice President, Production & Manufacturing Mike Boone is responsible for the production, manufacturing, and delivery of all Sentrics solutions. A key member of the Silversphere team before the Sentrics acquisition, Boone’s achievements earned him numerous awards including the CEO and Go-Giver awards in 2019, VMA manufacturer of the year in 2016, and team member of the year in 2015. Prior to joining Silversphere, Boone was a heavy machine operator and apprenticed electrician. He has bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and business management and is a graduate of the Resolved Leadership program.
