Sherree Telford, RDN LDN CDCES CHWC, has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Sherree began their career in 1999 as the Director of Nutritional Services at Wadley Regional Medical Center at Hope, where they were responsible for inpatient assessments, consultations and nutrition support, as well as outpatient diabetes education and maternal fetal clinic. In 2005, they moved to TriStar Centennial Medical Center as an Outpatient Dietitian and Diabetes Educator. In 2010, they became a Clinical Manager at HCA Healthcare, specializing in Diabetes Prevention and Control. In 2011, they joined Health to You, LLC as the Director of Coaching/Connected Care Solutions. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Specialized Care at Wellview. In 2022, they became the Director of Specialized Care at SentryHealth.

Sherree Telford obtained their MS in Dietetics/Nutrition from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1993. In May of the same year, they obtained their Registered Dietician (RD) certification from the Commission On Dietetic Registr. In 2000, they became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist from the Certification Board for Diabetes Care and Education (formerly known as NCBDE). In 2010, they obtained their Certified Health Wellness Coach certification from Wellcoaches.
