Daniel Lau

Daniel Lau, ACLS, currently serves as the Director of Claims (Rapid Resolution and Claims Services) at Sentry Insurance, a position held since April 2007, overseeing a nationwide team of approximately 180 associates within the personal lines claims division. Daniel is responsible for ensuring the timely and equitable resolution of claims while managing expenses to align with company profit and growth objectives. Previous roles include Associate Director of Claims, where operational management and technical direction were provided for the bodily injury and litigation personal lines claims office in Salem, OR, and Director of Corporate Claims Services, managing call centers and data imaging across the U.S. Daniel's career at Sentry began in December 2000 as a Business Analyst Sr and also included roles as a Claims Representative and Claims Contact Center Supervisor. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University and an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from North Central Technical College.
