Alina Leiba-Shvetz

Alina Leiba-Shvetz is an experienced professional specializing in employee experience and community engagement. Currently serving as the People Operations & Employee Experience lead at Sentrycs, Alina develops innovative welfare programs and enhances employee engagement initiatives. Prior roles include Employee Experience & Operation Manager at NSO Group, where comprehensive wellness programs were designed, and Community Team Leader at Office Pivot, which focused on community events and relations. Additional experience includes managing office operations and wellness programs at Ladbrokes Coral and serving as Regional Project Manager at LATET, overseeing educational initiatives and volunteer activities. Alina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ben-Gurion University and has completed a Community Management course at Bar-Ilan University.
