Donna Fowler

Donna Fowler is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the SVP of Global People & Talent at SEON, Fowler has held key positions including VP of People at Beyond Identity and Human Resources Director at Silverline. Previous roles also include serving as an HR Business Partner at Citi and VP Human Resources Generalist at Lehman Brothers. Fowler holds a Certificate in HR Studies from Cornell University ILR School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Seton Hall University.
