Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user manuals, integration guides, and technical whitepapers
• Research, develop, and document technical design specifications
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services, translating complex technical information into clear, polished, and user-friendly content
• Advocate for user needs by ensuring all documentation is clear, accessible, and helpful
• Organize and manage a comprehensive library of technical documents and reference materials, ensuring they are easily accessible, accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained

Qualifications

• BSc in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or software development environment
• Solid understanding of technical concepts, especially in software engineering, AI, and robotics
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex concepts
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise content
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate documentation

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Firm understanding of software development cycles
