Mike Mumau's work experience started in 2002 as an Admissions Counselor at Grove City College. In 2003, they became a Regional Account Representative at Keystone Ridge Designs, Inc. Mike then moved to Black & Decker in 2004, where they worked as a Regional Account Representative. In 2005, Mike joined Angie's List and held various roles, including Advertising Sales, Training and Management, Sr. Advertising Sales Manager, and Manager of National Accounts and Healthcare Advertising Sales. In 2009, they joined Software Engineering Professionals (SEP) as Director of Client Relations, and later became the Vice President of CX.

Mike Mumau attended Grove City College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication.
