Amber Turley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in omni-channel retail and digital strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Omni Convenience & Commerce Partnerships at Sephora since May 2015, Amber oversees the development and launch of integrated shopping experiences and partnerships, effectively harmonizing physical and digital platforms. Previous roles include leadership in omni experience delivery, eCommerce operations, and digital planning, where Amber focused on enhancing customer convenience and operational efficiency. Prior experience at Morgan Stanley involved specialty retail equity research, analyzing industry dynamics and consumer behavior. Amber holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
