Tony DiSpirito is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail construction and facilities management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Construction at SEPHORA since December 2017, Tony leads North American Store Capital Construction projects and oversees the Store Preservation team responsible for maintenance across 600+ stores. Previously, at Gap Inc. from September 2011 to December 2017, Tony held the role of Director of Real Estate and Store Development Operations, managing a 13-person team and directing analytics and compliance for the Global Real Estate organization. Prior experience at Old Navy included leading construction and maintenance teams, successfully opening 297 new prototype stores and managing significant remodels. Tony holds a Master's degree in Social Welfare and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Stony Brook University.
