Korinn Howell

Korinn Howell, CPHR, serves as the People and Culture Manager at Sepro Systems, where the focus is on becoming the gold standard in mineral processing and aggregate solutions. Previous experience includes roles as an Instructor at Summit Pacific College, where Korinn taught HR in a non-profit leadership program, and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vitex Pharmaceuticals, contributing to HR development and talent mobilization. Earlier positions include Head of Human Resources at Halo Creative & Design Ltd. and Timothy Oulton, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented. Korinn also served as a Human Resources Consultant at Ipsa HR Solutions, providing management and consultancy on HR projects. Korinn holds a Master’s degree in Management, People & Performance from Macquarie Business School.
