Adnan Ali has a diverse work experience starting from 2017 when they worked as an HR Executive at Medcare MSO. In 2019, they joined ibex.connect as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to Mindbridge Private Limited, where they took on roles as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Customer Service Team Lead. Adnan then joined Airlift Technologies in 2021 as a Customer Service Lead, managing a sizable team and ensuring optimal customer experience. Adnan continued their career progression by working at Contra Coffee as a Customer Experience Advisor in 2023. Currently, Adnan holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at Bayked, where they oversee the implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Adnan Ali obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Government College University, Faisalabad. Adnan attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
