Alexandra Nowak

Alexandra Nowak is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at SEQENS since July 2014, Alexandra has previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Novacyl from November 2011 to September 2014 and at Distribution Services IKEA France from August 2005 to April 2011. Alexandra's career began as Human Resources Deputy Manager at Altadis, where Alexandra worked from October 1998 to August 2005. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Affaires / gestion from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and a Master 2 (M2) in Développement des ressources humaines from Université Paris 8.
