Christopher Hakkaart

Christopher Hakkaart has extensive work experience starting from 2013. Christopher first worked as a Residential Assistant at the University of Otago from February 2014 to November 2014. Christopher then held various positions at the university, including Assistant Manager in January 2016 and January 2017, Teaching Assistant from July 2013 to December 2017, and Assistant Research Fellow from December 2017 to June 2018. From July 2018 to September 2020, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Otago. Christopher later joined Universitätsklinikum Tübingen as a Bioinformatician from January 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are working as a Developer Advocate at Seqera Labs since June 2022.

Christopher Hakkaart completed their education in the field of Genetics. Christopher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Honors from the University of Otago, attending from 2009 to 2012. Christopher further pursued their studies at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Genetics from 2013 to 2017.
