Lyle Rawlings

Lyle Rawlings has over 15 years of experience in the field of laboratory operations. Lyle began their career in 2006 as Manager of Operations at the Center for Molecular Medicine. In 2008, they moved to Sequenom CMM as Sr Manager Clinical Lab Operations. From 2015 to 2017, they held roles as Lab Manager and Technical Supervisor at DB Labs LLC and Director of Laboratory Operations at Immucor, Inc. respectively. In 2019, they were appointed Vice President Lab Operations at TOMA Biosciences. Lyle is currently serving as Director of Assay Development at SeqOnce Biosciences Inc.

Lyle Rawlings began their educational journey in 1990 when they enrolled in Central Michigan University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist in 1995. Lyle then attended Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in 1996 and 1997, earning a Biotechnology degree. In 1998 and 1999, they attended Drexel University, studying Bioinformatics. Lastly, they attended Villanova University in 2010 and 2011 to study Lean Six Sigma. In addition to their educational experience, Lyle Rawlings has a certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as an MB(ASCP) and TS(ABB).
