Sebastian Holler

Sebastian Holler currently serves as a Working Student in Private Equity at Seqos Capital GmbH since December 2023. Prior experience includes an internship in Deal Advisory at KPMG, where participation involved various Buy and Sell Side Due Diligence projects, financial analysis, and the creation of financial metrics for a DAX-40 corporation. At KPMG, Sebastian also contributed to the establishment of the ESG Financing sub-solution line and supported IFRS conversions. Extensive prior experience includes working as a Working Student and Intern in Audit/Assurance at PwC Deutschland, where responsibilities encompassed conducting audits under HGB, IFRS, and US-GAAP guidelines across diverse companies. Educational background features ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Taxation at The Berlin School of Economics and Law, with previous degrees in Business Administration and Economics from notable institutions including the University of Potsdam, UCL, and Tilburg University.
